У нас регулярно, каждый год, выделяется бюджет на обучение сотрудников для повышения квалификации. Мы обучаемся целой командой из отдела аналитики (и не только из этого отдела), чтобы потом наша команда вместе вникала в весь процесс, и более глубоко понимала, что и как - как формируются различные базы данных и как с ними работать. Отдельным плюсом есть то, что нам дали материалы по обучению, которыми мы активно пользуемся в процессе и сохранили себе.
